Additional information

There is a QR code on every table that users can scan and start a conversation with the restaurant. Once the user scans, a pre-canned MO text message is ready to send to the restaurant. Once the message is sent, a bidirectional conversation is initiated to listen to the user's feedback and respond / action it appropriately. User-initiated contact

  1. Users opt in to BeHeard messages always and only by first texting one of our numbers. This action constitutes both consent and proof of consent for us to respond to that specific conversation.

  2. We respond to the user only with messages specific to their outreach. We do not send messages outside unrelated to user-initiated messages.
